it absorbs quickly and not only relieves pain and stiffness but speeds the healing of bruises. this is the best arnica product I have ever used! its not sticky at all like most!

Arnica is the best reliever of pain associated with impact injury. It reduces swelling and greatly speeds the healing of bruises.
The gel is very conveient and easy to use. Years of weight training has meant I get regular bumps and dings not to mention occassional overtried muscles and joints, so when I have an impact injury, I use arnica gel immeadiatly and apply it frequntly during the first hour or so after the injury-the quicker the arnica is applied, the faster it helps heal. I have used arnica for decades and have found nothing so effective for the rapid healing of bruises and for minimizing muscle and joint soreness.

It has a nice cooling effect. TriVita makes a icier cream but this one works nicely similar to BenGay.

I have used this for a few years. I believe it works great! Takes away the aches and soreness after a tough workout, falls, bumps, or yardwork! I keep a bottle of arnice spray in the fridge, for those times when anyone in the house gets hurt (I have 2 kids ;-P). The cold seems to help, and the spray keeps me from touching which ALWAYS makes it worse. I also have the arnica in tablet form. Hey, I believe it helps! If the pain is really bad, I also use Heel-Traumeel gel along with the arnica gel. FANTASTIC results! Try it and see for yourself :-D

I am so glad I found this product. It's great for stiff necks and any other muscle pain or stiffness you may have. I accidentally fell the other day and felt a pull in my thigh. I immediately put this on and the pain was gone in like 5 minutes and did not reappear. I like the fact that it doesn't smell either. This is product is a medicine cabinet staple in my house.
