There is a lot in these, which accounts for their size and the fact that you have to take three. The benefits, however, are noticeable. My vision even seems slightly better. A great product - read the ingredients and compare to others. You will not be disappointed! I am also taking the New Chapter cultured in whole food probiotic which I like.

These vitamin/nutrient supplements are just awesome. I switched to these a few weeks ago, and I can tell a big difference in the way I feel. Upon opening the bottle, you should smell them. They smell like delicious foods! These are the only multivitamins that I can take on an empty stomach without any stomach irritation at all. I take all three first thing every morning, and I feel better all day. I have more energy and feel much healthier since I switched to these vitamins. They are more expensive than chemical isolate vitamins, but they are SO worth it! I am eager to try more products by this company.

Highlights:
1) I can definitely tell that I feel better on the days I these vitamins.
2) First vitamins I've been able to take on an empty stomach and not feel ill. Like most days when I pop them real quick on the way out of the door to work.
Downside:
1) Expensive for vitamins.
I stumbled on them at Whole Foods while looking for a good prenatal for my wife, but they're really expensive in the store. Much better deals through Amazon. I'm also taking the Liverforce, Zyflamend, and Wholemega from New Chapter since having a good experience with these multivitamins.

A good product, but taking 3 full tables (large) every day is not the most convenient. I would highly suggest the Every Man's One Daily alternative--one pill a day and you are done!

My first order was for both New Chapter Every Woman and Every Man. When the package arrived there was almost nothing in the box to protect the content. One of the bottles was broken, I mean it was salted it wasn't just cracked. I returned it and I had to pay the shipping back. I ordered it again and when it arrived it was poorly packed like the first one. It was just luck that it wasn't broken. So I don't know if that's how they always pack those and we have to cross our fingers that the package will arrive intact with 50/50 chance or they just knowingly sent me a broken one the first time. And what's with the return shipping fee..?For all those troubles I'll give 2 stars only. The vitamins themselves are great.
