I have been using Isotonix opc-3 for a month. I have so much more energy, and a more positive attitude toward life in general in that I am more optimistic and happy. I am in my mid 50's and I can say I feel 10+ years younger. Other people have also noticed a change in me. My health is worth this price.

I have been using Isotonix since Nov 18, 2008. By Christmas 2008, I noticed that my skin was smoother. By the end of Jan 2009, I was sleeping better. In March 2009, I went for my annual eye exam & for the first time in the last 12 years, my eyesight improved! I asked the doctor what could have caused the improvement so I could continue and maybe do more of whatever it was I was doing. She said high antioxidants can improve some eyesight problems! I am more than sold on this product.
I have found that the best way to measure out the cap full doseage is to shake the bottle upside, then slowly take the cap off with the bottle still upside down, It DOES NOT spill all over the place. I also found that by putting a small piece of paper towel over the opening & the putting on the top, it stops the build up that seemed to happen no matter what I did.
