Softer than most chlorine free diapers... March 13, 2010 Magdalena Kubis (New York, NY) I've tried a lot of different diapers. These are a bit softer than most of the chlorine free ones. They do not give my baby a rash and I like that!
I recommend these diapers March 13, 2010 J. Gattuso I love 7th Gen diapers. I've been using them for my son since birth (he's 10 mos. old now). I love that they are chlorine free. I tried other chlorine free diapers (Earths Best) but didn't care for the way they sagged when full of urine. I have used other more popular diapers (Pampers, Huggies) but prefer 7th Gen. They do run small, so you have to more up to a bigger size sooner, but that's my only complaint.
Small for the lbs. March 5, 2010 S. Zilberman (Houston, TX USA) I just received my order of these diapers in a size 3. My daughter is 20lbs and wears size 3 in Pampers cruisers, but I feel like these seventh generation ones barely fit. If your baby is 20+ pounds I'd go for the bigger size. Other than that, they seem nice.
Same as size 5 March 3, 2010 AVB These diapers are fine. I like them because they leave less gel on my baby than other diapers. However, note that the size 4 and 5 diapers are exactly the same! So if you think your child needs to wear a 5, but the pack of size 4 instead... more diapers for the same price!!!
An odor-free, less toxic alternative, but it leaks February 27, 2010 Pierre Gourmet (USA) Compared to Pampers, which reek with chemicals, these 7th Generation diapers have practically no odor. Even if I didn't care about the effect of chemical's on my baby's skin, my nose is quite relieved!
The only issue is that the design of the Stage 2 size diaper changed in February 2010. The new shipment we received is much narrower and has smaller Velcro straps. Because of the narrower design, we have been experiencing constant leakage. I would be greatly appreciative if anyone who reads this review could suggest ways of mitigating the leakage problem (another brand, a better way of putting on a diaper, etc.) in the comments.
